Files

fcc

Every website specializing in a particular field or area usually has a files page of some sort. Ham radio is no exception.

Instead of trying to duplicate what's out there already we're collecting files we've found handy for our own use but are rare or overlooked in ham circles.

Stuffit and WinZip

Most of our files will be in zip format and you'll need WinZip or Stuffit (if you're a Mac user). I expect if you have a Mac you already have Stuffit ... but here are both the Mac and Windows versions ... in a demo.

For those of you of a more conventional bent, here's an evaluation copy of the latest offering from WinZip for Windoze.

The File Library

Here is a font we installed in our logging computers for Field Day, 2003. It's exceptional because it has a slashed zero ... making call signs easier to read. There's no copright information in the file but it's a retro windoze font from at least the time of Win 3.1.

Script for Wednesday Night Tuesday Net

Wednesday night is a rather special night for us as it's our 2-meter information net starting at 1930. You're more than welcome to join us on 146.670(-) PL 136.5 and, if you want to volunteer as Net Control for one of these you can download the suggested script below in PDF format. Just download it (right-click and select "Save Target As...") and print it out and you're good to go.
